1. Customer Service

2. Payments
All payments are due at time of purchase and made by credit card, through PayPal or bank transfer.
Please note that when you pay with a credit or debit card through Paypal you do not need to have a PayPal account. 
Bank transfers are only available if a special arrangement has been made prior, and if I receive a remittance advice as soon as the payment is being made.

All sales are final.


3. Order Processing 
I will send you a confirmation e-mail upon receiving your order. 
Please, verify that all the information contained in this email is correct and accurate.
Items will be dispatched within two business days and sent by Australia Post.


4. Delivery & Freight
As soon as your order has been dispatched, I will send you a shipping notification with tracking number, if applicable, so you can follow the where abouts of your item.

Orders from inside of Australia:
Please allow 4 working days for your order from the time of purchase (payment has been received) until it is in your hands. Postage within Australia is between $10.55 (Express Post up to 500gram) and $15 (Express Post up to 3kg), which means it's going to take 2 days from the day of dispatch and receiving the item on the other end. If your order is extremely urgent, please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" during Check Out, so I can do my best to process it really fast for you.
I am working on also finding a courier that might have more economical and faster options available for people on the Australian East Coast. I will keep you posted on this one! 

Orders from outside of Australia:
Please allow roughly 2 weeks for your order from the time of processed payment until your order is in your hands. International postage will be calculated depending on the country of destination. Please await reply of the Seller after check out in regards to costs or contact us before check out, if you'd like to know before hand. We use regular air mail for international deliveries. It will take anywhere from 7-14days.
If you would like your items posted express internationally, please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" during Check Out as you order. This will incur extra charges and depends on the country and weight of the parcel.
I will be working on finding an economical courier as we grow which I can include into our check out procedure. Please be patient.  
Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during the shipping process. However, I do take great care when packing my products to make sure they arrive safe and well in your hands. Please contact me if your package has not arrived within 14 days so we can search for it and connect with you about the transaction.


5. Cancellations
Please choose well, as all sales are final.


6. Returns (Refunds & Exchanges)
Please choose carefully as I do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision. I’ve taken great care to represent my products as true as possible online. All my products come with clear ingredient lists. 
However I want you to be happy with my products, so please call or email me and I will do my best to help, should you experience any problems. 
+) Where goods are faulty, wrongly described online or don't do what they are supposed to do  You can choose between an exchange, e-store credit voucher to the same value or a refund.

A faulty item is highly unlikely, as I check everything thoroughly and carefully before it gets sent out. If you do happen to receive an item you deem faulty after all, please do not hesitate to email me straight away so we can arrange a replacement or store credit. If you do not wish to receive a replacement or store credit, a refund will be issued. I cannot, however, be responsible for, or comment on any such case until the item has been returned, assessed by The Footprint Connection and confirmed as faulty.

Therefore, please notify me straight away by email and return all of the components, with the original receipt, in as new condition with tags on and including all original packaging to the following address:

I recommend that you return your item(s) back to me by using Registered Post which is a secure and tracked delivery service. The Footprint Connection is not responsible for any items not received or lost.

I am only able to exchange, credit or refund, if the product is unused and in a saleable condition. If you are exchanging a product that is not faulty – the postage will be your responsibility. Postage will only be refunded, if the goods are faulty.  

A refund will only be issued, if the products are returned to The Footprint Connection in the condition in which they were received within 10 days for Australian orders and 21 days for international orders.

All refunds will be made into your nominated bank account. Please allow up to 7 working days to show up on your bank. 
Exchanges and e-store credit vouchers in turn will be emailed as soon as the returned item is received back by The Footprint Connection.

I offer some of my products for Wholesale. Please feel free to contact me to find out more about my wholesale terms and conditions and to receive my wholesale prices. 

8. Pricing Errors/ Incorrect Pricing
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however I take no responsibility for typographical errors

Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to The Footprint Connection.
